Online editing and writing services: FAQ
All documents are sent to the customer in Word Rich Text Format, double line spaced, Times New Roman unless the customer has explicitly requested an alternative format.
If a customer is not happy with the service they received, after a revision process, we will refund monies paid in full. Refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days of receiving the completed order. In the event that you request and receive a refund all documents generated via the process will be the sole property of Vappingo and you will be unable to use them in part or in full.
All of our payment processing is done via a third party, Paypal. Paypal is an extremely secure payment system that uses data encryption in order to prevent any fraud. They guarantee all payments made via their system. Vappingo only requests information that is required for business or legal purposes. We will never collect or store your information without your permission. Any anonymous visitors to the Vappingo site will remain anonymous and Vappingo will take no action to attempt to identify them. Please see our Privacy Policy for further details.
Whilst we are happy to proofread or edit academic essays and papers, we will reject any orders for a full writing service for these products. We consider ourselves an ethical and moral company and we do not wish to engage in practices that may negatively impact upon our customer’s academic integrity.
When you are using Vappingo’s services you are hiring a writer on a “work for hire” basis. This means that the final document becomes your property once paid for. In the unlikely event that you have used Vappingo’s services but have requested a refund you cannot use the document you received from Vappingo at any point as it will remain our property. Once you have logged into the system and located your order within the “Your Vappingo” section you can make contact with your writer via the messaging system. If you experience any difficulties in contacting your writer you should inform support immediately using the Contact Us pages.
We take customer satisfaction very seriously and we do not wish you to pay for any orders that you are not completely happy with. You can request a revision within fourteen (14) days of receiving the completed order via the Vappingo console. Once you have logged into your account you will find a list of completed orders in the "Completed" section. Locate the order for which you wish to request a revision and select the "Request Revision" option. Please provide the writer with as much detail as possible when requesting a revision as this will help them to ensure that they can meet your requirements. We do not charge for any revisions requested within the fourteen (14) day time period.
Our rates vary according to the complexity of the type of writing required and the timescale available to fulfil it. Some types of writing are more time consuming to complete than others and this will be reflected in the price. Writing a press release, for example, will require both research and writing services and will therefore take more of the writer's time than straight forward editing requires. Please ensure you choose the service required carefully as any problems may result in a delay to your order. We will always endeavor to meet any deadlines set by our customers. We are a global operation so this means that we have writers all over the world who can be working hard on your order whilst you attend to other things... such as sleeping. Our internal structure helps us to ensure we can meet all deadlines set by customers.
Vappingo's advanced customer management console allows you to track the progress of your order throughout the process. You can therefore check to make sure that an order is assigned to a writer and in the process of being complete. The console also allows you to communicate with your writer directly and all of our writers are happy to hear from you at any time. We hope that our easy to use system will give you the peace of mind to leave the writing to us whilst you get on with other things.
Occasionally our writers may find that they need additional time to complete an order and may request a deadline extension via the Vappingo console. As a customer you have every right to reject or accept this request. We do encourage you to accept it where possible as the writer will often have a valid reason for requesting additional time to complete your order. Common reasons for writers requesting a deadline extension include the need for them to do additional research or because they are awaiting further information before they can complete the order in full. If you do reject the request we will continue to fulfill the writing services as originally requested and our writers will endeavor to meet your requirements within the time available.
Sometimes our writers may find that the number of pages requested by the customer is insufficient to complete the order in full. In the event that this occurs they will request additional pages. If customers accept additional pages they will be automatically directed to pay for the pages via the Vappingo console. If the customer is not prepared to pay for additional pages then the writer will continue to fulfill the order within the confines of the pages that have been paid for.
